Non-Disclosure Agreement

Doan Academy LLC — Digital Product Use Agreement

By purchasing and/or using the Emergency Protocol Bundle (“Protocols”) provided by Doan Academy LLC, you (“Buyer”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Medical Liability

These protocols are designed for general educational and operational support purposes only. They are not a substitute for clinical judgment, provider training, or legally binding medical advice.

Doan Academy LLC and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, complication, adverse event, or death that may result from the use or misuse of these protocols in any clinical or non-clinical setting.

2. Use at Your Own Risk

Buyer assumes full responsibility and risk for:

• Implementation of the protocols

• Training and certification of staff

• Availability and administration of medications or equipment

• Compliance with local, state, or national laws, medical board regulations, and scope of practice

You agree to use these documents at your own discretion and risk.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While these protocols were created using evidence-based references and developed with input from licensed medical professionals, and while they align with widely accepted guidelines (e.g., OSHA, CDC, AHA), Doan Academy LLC makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of the protocols

• The effectiveness of the protocols in any emergency scenario

• Prevention of adverse outcomes, injury, or litigation 

4. Two-Person Medication Verification Strongly Recommended

To promote patient safety, Doan Academy LLC strongly recommends that all emergency medications be double-verified by two licensed providers prior to administration, whenever feasible. This applies especially to weight-based dosing and high-risk medications.

Buyer is responsible for establishing internal verification protocols.

5. Review and Adaptation Required

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to:

• Review all protocols prior to implementation

• Verify that content is aligned with their state regulations, professional licensing, and clinic infrastructure

• Make any necessary modifications before using the documents in their setting

6. No Resale, Redistribution, or Electronic Sharing

These protocols are copyrighted by Doan Academy LLC and are licensed for internal use only within the purchasing business.

You may not:

• Resell, reproduce, or distribute the protocols to any third party

• Share, forward, or email the protocols to other businesses, clinics, providers, or trainers

• Screenshot or electronically disseminate any part of the PDF files

You are permitted to save the files locally and print them for in-clinic use only within your licensed business location(s).

Any violation of this agreement may result in legal action and forfeiting access to all materials without refund.

7. Acknowledgment

By purchasing or using these protocols, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver

• You release and hold harmless Doan Academy LLC from any and all liability arising from the use of these materials

• You are solely responsible for ensuring safe, lawful, and competent medical practice in your facility
